I bought my home a couple of months ago, and unknowingly the inspector didn’t properly test the plumbing for the sewer. So you know after a little bit of living in it, a smell started appearing underneath the house and to my surprise not only was one of my cleanouts plum full, but the other cleanout under the house was improperly capped and draining sewage underneath my house (mobile home). I called TPR and Mr. Tristan came out same day within two hours (on a SUNDAY) and attempted to snake my sewer line through the cleanout, to find that the cleanout was broken off and not properly repaired by a prior plumber/handyman/company all the while finding other damage, quoted me a fair competitive price and helped me out exponentially. Next day the entire line from the house to the city tie-in was replaced with quality work without leaving a mess while remaining swift. I didn’t even need to be home and Mr. Tristan worked with me over the phone to keep me updated with pictures and perform the payment transaction. Quality repair and professional customer service! Going to bed on a Saturday night and the carpet in the bedroom goes "skwish!" There's a leak in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. We stocked up on water for flushing and coffee the next morning, turned the water off to the house, and started cleaning up the mess. Didn't sleep well. Early Sunday morning I called not one, but two plumbers I had previously done business with. Neither answered the phone, so I turned to Google to look for a 24/7 plumber. Based upon a local office and good reviews I called Texas Plumbing Repair 24/7. They answered the phone and a few hours later their tech was at my door. The repair was completed in short order thanks to a fellow with the right tools and the know-how to use them. The bill was more than reasonable. TIMELY! EFFICIENT! EFFECTIVE! ECONOMICAL! Guess what - I have a new "first call" plumber.

We called TPR on a Saturday to clear a clogged line, found out the old pipes were split. By Monday Michael had his guys out starting trenches and by Tuesday evening we had brand new lines.
