Rarely do I write a review, but this was a no-brainer! Michael and his team at Texas Plumbing Repair came to the rescue when we had an urgent need, fitting us into their already full schedule. After fixing the first water heater, another unrelated problem arose the next week. Again, they went WAY above and beyond — getting parts replaced by the manufacturer for free even though they were technically out of warranty and coming right back out to get us up and running before an impending winter storm hit. We were brand new customers to them and they were working on equipment they didn’t install. The company that did install the equipment during construction told me that they would not service equipment after the first year — at all! Texas Plumbing pulled through and turned our frustration around. They could have taken advantage of our situation, but they didn’t. I recommend them without hesitation and hope you have the same experience we did!
