Going to bed on a Saturday night and the carpet in the bedroom goes "skwish!" There's a leak in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. We stocked up on water for flushing and coffee the next morning, turned the water off to the house, and started cleaning up the mess. Didn't sleep well. Early Sunday morning I called not one, but two plumbers I had previously done business with. Neither answered the phone, so I turned to Google to look for a 24/7 plumber. Prompt and Exceptional Plumbing Service
All of the toilets in our residence stopped working, and our home warranty (American Home Shield) refused to get anyone out to help us for a week. After going back and forth with them for days and having to go to a grocery store down the road to use the bathroom, we finally decided to go look for an independent plumber. We called TPR at around 10 PM Saturday night. Michael with TPR showed up the next day (Sunday) to check what was going on. Then, they were able to get us scheduled and our main line fixed the very next morning. They were prompt, very kind, incredible communication, and explained everything thoroughly, and did a great job quickly. They were able to show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it, all before my home warranty was even going to be able to get someone to come look at the problem. We are so grateful for Michael and will be using him for any future plumbing issues!!
