I can’t say enough about TPR24/7!!! Michael and his team, from start to finish, were amazing! We contacted them late at night; they had a fast response team out to help with our flood. Little did we know our sewer system was bad under the house. They ran a camera and showed my wife and me how the old pipes were falling apart! Wow, the technology they have!! They then did a test on our home to show that our wastewater was leaking under our slab house. Sooooo gross!! These guys had a crew out to tunnel under our home the next day to fix the problem—amazing workers, I might add. Get this: not only did they do an amazing job with the repairs and our home during this horrible nightmare we had, they put us up in a hotel and made us as comfortable as possible! I bought my home a couple of months ago, and unknowingly the inspector didn’t properly test the plumbing for the sewer. So you know after a little bit of living in it, a smell started appearing underneath the house and to my surprise not only was one of my cleanouts plum full, but the other cleanout under the house was improperly capped and draining sewage underneath my house (mobile home). I called TPR and Mr. Tristan came out same day within two hours (on a SUNDAY) and attempted to snake my sewer line through the cleanout, to find that the cleanout was broken off and not properly repaired by a prior plumber/handyman/company all the while finding other damage, quoted me a fair competitive price and helped me out exponentially. Next day the entire line from the house to the city tie-in was replaced with quality work without leaving a mess while remaining swift. I didn’t even need to be home and Mr. Tristan worked with me over the phone to keep me updated with pictures and perform the payment transaction. Quality repair and professional customer service!
