Rarely do I write a review, but this was a no-brainer! Michael and his team at Texas Plumbing Repair came to the rescue when we had an urgent need, fitting us into their already full schedule. After fixing the first water heater, another unrelated problem arose the next week. Again, they went WAY above and beyond — getting parts replaced by the manufacturer for free even though they were technically out of warranty and coming right back out to get us up and running before an impending winter storm hit. We were brand new customers to them and they were working on equipment they didn’t install. The company that did install the equipment during construction told me that they would not service equipment after the first year — at all! Texas Plumbing pulled through and turned our frustration around. They could have taken advantage of our situation, but they didn’t. I recommend them without hesitation and hope you have the same experience we did!

Thank you, TPR, for helping with our sewer issue. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this company deserves it! We had sewer all over the inside of our home and were stressed out. Texas Plumbing came in and identified the problem, which was a damaged sewer line in our yard. Within 24 hours from start to finish, we were back in business and almost stress-free other than our water damage. This company went above and beyond! They even put us in a hotel of our choice for the evening because we couldn’t use our bathrooms. Thank you, guys, for being so helpful!!

I can’t say enough about TPR24/7!!! Michael and his team, from start to finish, were amazing! We contacted them late at night; they had a fast response team out to help with our flood. Little did we know our sewer system was bad under the house. They ran a camera and showed my wife and me how the old pipes were falling apart! Wow, the technology they have!! They then did a test on our home to show that our wastewater was leaking under our slab house. Sooooo gross!! These guys had a crew out to tunnel under our home the next day to fix the problem—amazing workers, I might add. Get this: not only did they do an amazing job with the repairs and our home during this horrible nightmare we had, they put us up in a hotel and made us as comfortable as possible!
